Eating in the morning or people usually say by “breakfast” is an habitual which is done by many people in the world, there are so many kinds main food like rice, corn, cassava, bread. Even, sometimes people have breakfast only with drinking milk. There are so many advantages which we can take from breakfast, some of them are:
=> The first, breakfast can give energy to our body because the food which we eat will be processed by our body to be energy. It can be used to do our activity.
=> The second, one of things which can disturb the brain is not having breakfast. Because cell of brain needs nutrition for metabolism system and the nutrition is gotten from the food. So when we don’t have breakfast, automatically the cell of brain will be destroyed.
=> The third, for the students or workers by having breakfast, the energy will be full. It can increase the concentration and spirit when they get lesson or do the job.
For the above reasons, we know that breakfast is very important. So for all people in the world, you should breakfast every morning!
